Elegant Bun - Halloween Princess Hair

Updo Hairstyles, Elegant Bun - Princess Hair For Halloween
fancy updo hairstyleThis "fancy schmancy" braided bun with beads would be a great Halloween hairstyle to go along with many costumes such as: A princess, (fairytale or medieval) Tinkerbell, a ballerina, Barbie, many Disney Characters, Cinderella, a fairy, a pretty witch (and many others.) You could even add a tiara in the front if you wanted to for some extra princess flair.

We show two different options for this style in our video. Both fancy buns are quick and easy (no french braiding required.) I know it can get hectic while getting everyone ready for Halloween. And if your house is anything like mine... you may not have a lot of time for hair before Trick or Treating. This style shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes to complete. :)

elegant bun hairstyleOf course, this updo doesn't have to be just for Halloween. It could also work if you are needing a quick and easy (but elegant) style for the prom, homecoming, a recital, wedding, flower girl, communion, church, or other special occasion. We're loving the sparkle and uniqueness the accent beads add to this sleek bun.

  1. Oh this should be perfect! My daughter wants to be cinderella and we hadn't yet decided on which hairstyle we'd try. I think she will love this one! :D

  3. My daughter is going to be a spy this year. I love to do fancy Halloween hairstyles but for the spy, she just wanted all her hair pulled back ("because it can't be in the way of my spy work"). So it's going to be a simple bun this year.
